Booking terms and conditions

The terms that apply when you or your organisation book a Geovani Capital course.

1. Bookings

A booking made on this website reserves a seat. It becomes confirmed when we accept it in writing and send an invoice. The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to do so on behalf of any organisation named.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in US dollars per participant. Unless stated otherwise they cover tuition, course materials and the certificate of completion. Travel, visas and accommodation are the participant’s responsibility. Invoices are payable before the course start date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations and transfers

  • You may transfer a booking to a later intake, or send a colleague in your place, at no charge if you tell us before the course starts.
  • Cancellations made in writing at least [X] days before the start date receive a refund of [X]%.
  • Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

4. Changes by Geovani Capital

Intakes marked “guaranteed to run” will go ahead on the published dates. In exceptional circumstances outside our control we may change the venue, dates or trainer; if we cancel, you may transfer or receive a full refund of fees paid to us.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the full course. Each certificate can be verified online. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained dishonestly.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials are for the participant’s own professional use and may not be copied, shared or resold without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants or trainers during a course.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the course concerned, except where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
