Digital Procurement and E-Procurement Transformation

A 10-day e-procurement course on digital sourcing, e-tendering, contract management systems, spend analytics and leading procurement transformation.

10 days (2 weeks) Classroom, online or in-house QR-verified certificate Next intake 19 Oct 2026

Course overview

Governments and businesses across the region are moving procurement online, through national e-government procurement systems and private sourcing platforms. Done well, digital procurement increases competition, transparency and speed; done badly, it automates old problems. This e-procurement course equips procurement professionals to use and lead digital procurement effectively.

The first week covers the digital procurement landscape and core processes: e-procurement models, e-sourcing and e-tendering, electronic catalogues, e-invoicing and payment, supplier portals and onboarding, and the legal framework for electronic procurement. The second week focuses on analytics and transformation: spend analysis, procurement data and dashboards, contract management systems, risk and fraud analytics, AI and automation in procurement, cyber security, change management, and building a digital procurement roadmap. Participants practise on demonstration platforms and real procurement datasets.

Participants leave able to use digital procurement tools confidently and to plan and lead their organisation's procurement transformation in realistic, manageable stages.
