The Future of HR: Re-engineering the Employee Experience

A 10-day employee experience course on redesigning the employee journey with data, technology and culture to attract and keep talent.

10 days (2 weeks) Classroom, online or in-house QR-verified certificate Next intake 19 Oct 2026

Course overview

Talented people in the region now compare employers on more than pay: flexibility, purpose, growth, wellbeing and the everyday experience of work. Organisations that ignore this lose staff to competitors, the diaspora and the gig economy. This employee experience course shows HR leaders how to redesign the employee journey deliberately, using evidence and modern tools.

Over two weeks, participants map the employee lifecycle from attraction to exit and identify the moments that matter most. They apply design thinking to HR processes, gather employee insight through surveys, listening tools and analytics, and redesign onboarding, development, performance and recognition around employee needs. The second week covers hybrid and flexible work, wellbeing and mental health, digital HR and AI, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership's role in experience, and measuring results. Participants work on a real experience challenge from their own organisation and present a redesign plan.

Participants leave able to diagnose and redesign the employee experience to improve engagement, retention and performance.
