Leading Strategic HR Transformation

An HR transformation course for HR leaders on redesigning HR around strategy, technology and people data, and leading the change.

5 days Classroom, online or in-house QR-verified certificate Next intake 19 Oct 2026

Course overview

HR departments are being asked to move from administration to strategy: to shape workforce plans, culture and capability while adopting digital systems and analytics. Many HR leaders know the destination but struggle with the journey. This HR transformation course equips senior HR professionals to plan and lead that change in their organisations.

Participants examine the drivers of HR transformation in the region, including public service reforms, digitisation, new labour laws and changing workforce expectations. They assess their current HR model, explore operating models such as business partnering, shared services and centres of expertise, and plan how to reallocate HR capacity to strategic work. The course covers HR technology and people analytics, building HR capability, managing stakeholders and leading change through resistance. Each participant develops a transformation roadmap for their own HR function and tests it with peers.

Participants leave with a clear transformation roadmap and the leadership tools to carry it through.
