Senior Management Leadership Programme

A 10-day senior management leadership course on leading people and performance, strategy, change, negotiation, governance and sustainability.

10 days (2 weeks) Classroom, online or in-house QR-verified certificate Next intake 19 Oct 2026

Course overview

Moving into senior management changes everything about a manager's job. The work shifts from running a unit to shaping the organisation, from solving problems to setting direction, and from managing tasks to leading other managers. Many senior managers in the region make this move with little preparation. This senior management leadership course provides a structured, practical development experience for the role.

The first week focuses on leading self and others: personal leadership and emotional intelligence, leading leadership teams, performance and accountability, coaching and talent development, high-stakes communication and negotiation. The second week focuses on leading the organisation: strategic thinking, leading change and innovation, financial acumen for senior leaders, governance and boardroom dynamics, ethics and integrity, sustainability and inclusive business models, and leading through crisis. Participants complete leadership assessments, work on a real challenge from their organisation and leave with a personal leadership development plan.

Participants leave ready to lead at senior level with greater confidence, clarity and impact.
